As a voting member of NFPA, I have my opinion.  I think you need to use
different methods to protect a 150K sqft continuous availability facility.
But explaining alternatives to potential customers is another matter.
Customers may not understand FM-200, but their friends told them they
have to have it.

This is just my opinion, as always you should consult a competent professional
for your particular situation.
