DATACENTER: Height & Network Cabling

Dear All,

I'm currently in the progress building up our data center
there are some issue confusing me
can anyone help ?

1. what is the height for data center ? currently we intend to use one of
our floor as the data center. after putting the raised floor, height is
around 6-7 feet, sufficent ? further more there are some water paip
running on top, would it be nice ?

2. how is the network cabling in data center, if we have multiple
customer? should the connection being lay before having any customer or
lay it when we got customer come in ? How is the connection layout would
be ? centralize all the customer network equipment and have seperate floor
space area for each customer ?
