I guess that I  have 3 full relay racks of 21" fiber gear (Lucent OC3
DDM2000) and other related equipment (patches, DS3 interfaces) is
irrelevant. I also have two 27" cabinets full of non-intel type
servers that they are paying an extra pretty penny for colo, because
they were told at the other colocation facilities in the region
that they would not accept the larger cabinets. The customer wanted it, 
, was willing to pay for it, it was provided. :)

At the WorldCom, Teleglobe, and Quest facilities in the neighborhood, 
it's about half and half: 19 and 21 inch...
