We have just installed the Panasonic digital 16 input digital mux and
hard disk recorder the HD-500. It is the best looking unit out but does
get a little slow with more than 5 people looking at it.

Piece of advice from old farts. If it ain't broke, don't fix it. You
could
be spending
your raise.
Can you run the terminal to the NOC instead?
