i concur; the specs for the racks say all the right things, like 6061-T6
(the only good option in aluminum alloy for significant structural
applications) and rolled threads (cut threads are inherently weaker than
rolled threads).

on the other hand, you may want to get steel shelves from Great Lakes if
you want the one pieces; the aluminum chatsworth shelves only support
50lbs, and if you're putting standalone UPS units in the shelves, you can
exceed 50lbs pretty quickly. the Great Lakes one piece shelves go to 80lbs.
