No one, (well people without 10s of millions to waste) build to specs like
that, you just don't see that load in real world distribution. Now sure,
you may have a rack or two that is sucking that many amps. I normally
build out a smaller circuit per rack and then if needed add more power
rack by rack if needed. but most of the time it is just not needed.

Well numbers like that get expensive fast, you get into very expensive
requirements and need to take your voltage WAY up just to be able to work
with it.
