Short of a small load bank, I don't know how you could do that.

I've never understood why people like the design that Level 3 uses.
Hint: Go to your local level 3 person, and ask them why they spend
billions of dollars on their facilities, but don't spend the extra $5.00
for delayed transfer?

The abovenet facilities are nice, but overdesigned.
MGE is cool and all, but Powerware does a _TRUE_ hot-sync redundant
cheaper.

VESDA sucks, too.
