Personally, I'd be embarassed by that cable job. No insults intended.
That's just me. 

And Sean, why waste your time with a happy medium? Generally, in the 
NSP/Telco world, once you put a cable in, it's NEVER going to move.
Why not do it perfect the first time? I realize that sometimes this
stuff is a pain, but man, when you need to do some troubleshooting,
it shaves big minutes off it all. 

I can't see any labels on those cables either BTW, and where's
the #14 wax lacing? :-)

And I'll kick all your asses in Joust.
