We used Metal Tech at Level 3. They are pretty damn good, and will
do customizations if you ask. In a lot of instances, they won't
charge you for the design either...

Sub cabs are a bitch to maintain as you also must enclose your
cross connect panel for the panel in steel as well, insure you
can't reach up and unplug the AC, or get at the DC, or run an 
unauthorized cross connect from cab/cab. :)
