I don't think voting against all candidates will work- there are more than
two candidates running for President. I'd hate to have to remember all of
them when I vote.

Heather told me to add that she'd like to see a 'none of the above' choice
added to ballots, as well as a policy that candidates need to win a certain
percentage of votes (30%?) to win. If 'none of the above' wins the election,
it's held again, with any new candidates that wish to add their names to
the ballot.
