Verio demands the right to spam

For those of you who might use Verio, here's something you
might want to beat your salesperson with.

Verio was using register.com's domain database to find email
addresses to spam. Register.com got an injunction against them
preventing them from doing that.

Now Verio has filed with ICANN to terminate register.com's 
accreditation as a domain registrar because they won't let
Verio spam their customers.
