Friend looking for a job...

She's a project manager that handled purchasing/leasing, zoning,
and creation of Cell towers, POPs and such.  Says she can
also handle construction management of those sites as well. I have
known her for years and I BELIEVE her...  She can kick some
ass... ;)
	Is looking for an ISP or Telcom type company and is
