During the 1997 annual Microsoft summer inter hot-dog party, Bill Gates
invited questions from the interns:

 Intern (paraphrased): What do you think about fair use rights for consumers?
 Bill Gates: "You don't need fair use; We'll give you fair-use rights when
              you need them."
