Support Engineer

    Location: Atlanta, GA 

    Description: Work in Netsurfer's Technical Support Group. Candidate will be
    the lead technical contact providing advanced technical assistance via
    telephone, e-mail, and occasional on-site visits to Internet Service Provider
    customers using Netsurfer's Netkit ISP suite of products. Ideal candidate
    would have experience providing end-user technical support for an Internet
    Service Provider.

    Skills: Windows Networking, oral/written communications, problem solving
      /analytical skills 


Quality Engineer
    Reference Number: 100198B 

    Location: Atlanta, GA 

    Description: Work with a highly skilled team of developers creating
    high-quality software for use by millions of Internet users. Candidate will be
    responsible for the design and implementation of internal testing of
    Netsurfer's NetKit ISP suite of products as well as the management and
    tracking of external beta testing activities by Internet Service Providers.
    Commercial software QA experience desired. 

    Skills: Software testing, Windows networking, oral/written communications.
       Experience in automated regression testing of software a plus.


Software Engineer

    Description: Work with a small, highly skilled team of developers creating
    software for use by millions of Internet users. Candidate will be responsible
    for the design, implementation, and testing of the next generation of
    Netsurfer's NetKit ISP suite of products. Commercial software development
    experience desired. 

    Skills: C/C++ development in Microsoft Windows, Windows Networking,
       oral/written communications. UNIX experience a plus. 4+ years of
       experience.



Senior Software Engineer

    Location: Atlanta, GA 

    Description: Work with a small, highly skilled team of developers creating
    software for use by millions of Internet users. Candidate will be responsible
    for the design, implementation, and testing of the next generation of
    Netsurfer's NetKit ISP suite of products. Commercial software development
    experience desired.

       experience.
