Yep. Even better. You and I both go in with the same type of laptop case.
You go in with a mac. I go in with a PC. We document this clearly. Then, we
try our damndest to make off with the other package. Then the other
come back and freak out about what happened to their bag. Hell you could make
it up; they couldn't PROVE that it wasn't the wrong bag. Scream loud and
make it very clear they'll be sued. That clerk would shit their pants.
Get the manager. Rip them a new asshole. Leave.
