Yes, but I would rather suspect that they can't force you to be subject to
the search at the end. 

On a similar note, I've noticed several places that ask you to leave any
and all packs at the desk. They don't say anything about ladies' purses.
I have a soft briefcase that I oft bring with me because it has stuff I need
when I am in the store. They'll rue the day the bitch at me for not leaving
it at the desk. 

Of course, I don't shop at WalMart. That's how I make my feelings known.
I don't eat in Buckhead. I don't go to Chik-fil-a. And I don't shop at the
GDSW (god damn super wal-mart). Effective last week, I no longer shop at 
Best Buy, either. 

When all else fails, vote with your visa or checkbook.
