6bone attach locs page modified

I have updated the attachment location 6bone web page to include Bay and
Digital (Cisco and Netlag weere already listed).

I suspect that many have missed my minimal pointer to this page on the
6bone hookup page.

I would encourage anyone that wants equal billing to review this page and
