new 6bone tunnel

A new IPv6 tunnel has been setup from 6bone-router.cisco.com to
netgod.org. The ping is attached below. Cisco's entry in the
RIPE IPv6 database will be updated in a few minutes.
If sites maintaining full routing could update their routing tables
and if the map maintainers could add this link, it would be
appreciated.
