New Vendor to Vendor BGP 4+ Peering !

Hi all,
Just a quick note to say that USOT-ECS now has a BGP 4+ peering with
TELEBIT/DK, running between a DECswitch 900EF router and a Telebit TBC2000.
This joins our DEC <-> CISCO peering which was also recently established.
My thanks to Herluf Hansen (TELEBIT) and Jitu Patel (DIGITAL) for their
assistance.
