Yo Bob,
	What name servers do you want for this prefix?  You'll have to 
take care of performing each of the sub-delegations and each site will have
to agree to perform the subdelegations under them... (ad nausua).

	Which is much the same as today, as is seen w/ JANET and the DoE/NERSC
prefixes.
