New test page

Hi,
we just created a new test page. It is a real-time plot of the number of
islands of the 6Bone and the number of reachable islands from POLITO/IT.
Now we reach less than 50% of all the isles (we are running RIPv6) and I
hope to see a 100% soon! :-)
As you can see our router had memory problems yesterday...
We hope to record the 6Bone explosion!!
