new 6bone diagram version 55

I've just put up a new 6bone diagram (version 55) with lots of changes.

As I was pushed to finish it today, I haven't made the site names hot links
and won't until Monday.  The b/b links button is still hot though.

As usual, I've made some value judgements on what b/b to connect to some
sites.  If you object to anything, please let me know.
