Q : How can I use Security & Authentication Header??

As you know, there are several extension header include security &
authentication in IPv6.. so, If these extension headers are implemented,
how can I use Security & Authentication header in application level??

I think that users must be able to use these extension header in
application level..For example, telnet or ftp... But I don't know how??

please, tell me when and how??
