Request connection to 6 bone

I'm a graduate student in the Department of computer sciences at the
University of Nevada, Reno. I'd like to experience with the ipv6 and do
some experiment on our local network for our department. Unfortunately, I
wasn't able to decide which place I should contact to get the ipv6 address
and connect to the 6 bone. Would you please help me out?
