Requirement Spec for IPv6 Routers

Hi 6bone folk :

Is there any std or draft for 'Requirements for IPv6 Routers' -
Similar to RFC1812  ?
or is there a draft in the pipeline ?? some pointers appreciated.

If not, can I assume that the following IETF drafts are best
practice reference's avialable as on date ?
