I think a suitably constructed access list and 'ipv6 traffic-filter
access-list-name in' on the interface should do for simply dropping
incoming RS packets. I don't think that IOS supports very flexible
IPv6 access lists yet, though so you may be limited to dropping all
anycast packets, which is less than ideal...
