1. We got 2001:200::/35 sTLA block from APNIC. We will start
   renumbering soon.
2. Third (?) internet exchange point has been bootstraped in Tokyo
   called as "NSPIXP-6". Currently 4 ASs are connected. See
   http://www.wide.ad.jp/nspixp6/
