pTLA request for Internet2

Well, if we could get a production assigned sTLA that would be great.

However, we still have no clear idea on when this will happen.

In addition, I consider it very good form to have 6bone pTLA credentials
when applying to the registries for an sTLA.


I'll take your comment as a yes on giving a pTLA to Internet2 :-)
