Build a tunnel between telebit router and zebra routing daemon

Does anybody have a successful experience to build a tunnel between
Telebit router and zebra routing daemon?
We use Telebit router to build tunnel with zebra routing daemon.
The tunnel seems connected (we use ping ,traceroute debugging tool
can ping IPv4 , IPv6 the end point of tunnel ),but BGP4+(rfc2283)
routing protocol can not work correctly?
