host_991531 patch to recognize IPv6 addresses

I have extended host recognized syntax to IPv6 addresses. With the patch host
will transform any of e.g.
3ffe:8010::
3ffe:8010::1
3ffe:8010::/28
3ffe:8010:2::/28
3ffe:8010:2
3ffe:8010/28
into appropriate ip6.int domain and return the answer:
# host -t ns 3ffe:8010/28
1.0.8.E.F.F.3.ip6.int   NS      ns.isi.edu
1.0.8.E.F.F.3.ip6.int   NS      6bone-gw.6bone.pl
1.0.8.E.F.F.3.ip6.int   NS      ns.shadow.eu.org
