No there is isn't. At this time all three registries (ARIN, RIPE-NCC, 
APNIC) keep the data in slightly different ways. It would take three 
different scripts to parse and create a mail list of sub-TLA holders.

Anyone out there willing to try?

I think it would be a good idea to try to keep the production IPv6 sub-TLA 
holders together in a mailing list.
