The 2-week pTLA review period for NEXTRA/SVSBB has passed with no negative 
comments, so I have assigned them pTLA 3FFE:80E0::/28.

It will be a short while until they setup their inet6num object and 
ipv6-site object for NEXTRA as they have been operating as SVSBB. Please
