A new country on the 6bone: Colombia

¡Hola!

Thanks to Carlos E. Fonseca Zorrilla, from CORUNIVERSITEC, there is 
now a new country conected to the 6bone. That's the fourth island
from Uninet.EDU (after COMPENDIUM-AR, UNINET-EDU and SURRIEL) joining
the 6bone.

His island is not yet in the registry, but will be soon.
