Don't use 'remove' to unsubscribe

Here's a partial copy of my welcome message for those who are confused
(apologies to the rest but I figured this would cut down spurious removes :)

Welcome to the 6bone mailing list!

If you ever want to remove yourself from this mailing list,
send the following command in email to
"[email protected]":

    unsubscribe

Or you can send mail to "[email protected]" with the following command
in the body of your email message:

    unsubscribe 6bone <the email address you subscribed with>
