The best thing for you as the quick start would be probably getting
some address space from a tunnel broker. These are providing tunnels
and some IPv6 address space for free, and obviously a connectivity to
6bone thru those tunnels. Check http://hs247.com/ for very good list
of them (and other useful informations).
