You need a ASN (you can use private ASN if your peer accept it) and a
router for do BGP4+.
After ask to a 6bone site for a peering.

For your Cisco routers, you need a IOS with BGP and IPv6 support.
For your linux box, you can install Zebra (http://www.zebra.org)
