6bone Folk,

The open review to reclaim the pTLA 3FFE:3400::/24 (IPF/DE) has competed 
with no comment and therefore this pTLA has been returned to the 6bone 
address pool.

This pTLA will be returned to the bottom of the pool so new pTLA 
allocations will not use it to avoid possible filter problems. Note that 
this is a /24, and thus is already in a pool that no new allocations are 
coming from.
