If you are a pTLA their is no upstream IPv6 provider. If you mean use your 
IPv4 provider's ASN, then you prevent them from ever using it for v6 and 
I'm sure they wouldn't like that :-)

The issue is having a unique ASN in the global routing infrastructure.
