remove swap file?

I need to remove my 25 MB swap file and use if for a dos swap file with 
windows (I just got 16 MB RAM), so I no longer need it on linux.  Can 
someone please tell me how to do it?  I used fdisk to change the type of 
partition, but DOS doesn't see it.  Thanks.
