Too many companies to mention are using Linux on desk tops.  But that's to boring
and simple to be any big news.  What's interesting is the comercial use of Linux
being imbedded into LAN appliances like gateways, firewalls, and commerical communication
devices.

My company uses Linux on the desk top and would not hesitate to imbed into our
shipped product.
