[ale] Lilo forcing boot to win

^I have the machine under linux again, I had to boot with the RedHat
^disksoff the floppy, and rerun lilo.

^Here is my lilo conf:
^boot=/dev/hda
^map=/boot/map
^install=/boot/boot.b
^prompt
^timeout=30
^LOCK

This was the problem.  LOCK was operating in a wierd way.  FOund while
trying to add BEEP (which didn't work).  Interestingly, it fixed a
problem I was having iwth the mouse/pad not working in win95
