Thanks for the info everyone. After talking to Greg Eisenhauer and
Vernard, it looks like the ftp-able version is very old (and has the bug)
while the new version (with no bug) is at present only accessible to
people in the chaos group at GT CoC. Vernard said he'd try to whip up a
tar file from the current Cthreads for me. It also looks like they'll
put together a new ftp-able release after X-mas
