[ale] Redhat 6.1 Secure web server problems

Has anyone successfully installed RedHat 6.1 professional with their secure
web server and used SSL with a certificate that you created? The tools that
they have provided are incomplete and the fix on the web site does not seem
to work either. I've activated my support with RedHat and placed a support
request. That was yesterday and I have no response...

If you've set this up, could you please send me the steps for making your
own certificate?
