[ale] Debian Slink & 2.2.x?

Hi,

I've noticed on the Debian User List some people are using the 2.2
kernels with Slink with no problems (so they say).  I also think
these people are not using debian kernel packages.  Is anyone on this
list running Debian Slink with a 2.2.x kernel?  

Any adverse related experiences to report?
