[ale] anonymous upload rights to wu-ftp

I am trying to get a stock redhat 6.1 server to allow
upload ability to anonymous ftp users.  This seems like it
should be fairly simple, but reading man ftpaccess just
leaves me a little bewildered.

Can anyone help break it down for me, or give me a clue
where I can get some understandable help?
