[ale] Samba Question

I am on a corporate network domain with a lot of NT clients. I have setup a
Linux box and would like to file server via Samba. I already have a primary
domain controller. Is it possible to serve latest NT workstations from a
samba file server ? I am reading the orielly samba book and it says
something about ver 2.1 supporting it and not 2.0. I have 2.0 now.
 
Has anyone had success running such a network.
