Gee...I got off easy with only a 21.00 fine.

I believe Foghorn Leghorn said it best with "It's a joke son".

It was just a more interesting way of saying "hey ... mail to you has been
bouncing" than just saying that.

My mail is usually 100% reliable to, so I'm curious if when I was bouncing
was when my officemate decided to put a piece of paper between my network
cable and port to drive me nuts trying to figure out why my machine wasn't
on the net.

Lighten up.
