[ale] Squid and masq

Somewhere I saw a message about setting up squid and using ipchains,
forwarding all port 80 traffic to the 3128 for squid. I looked through my
rc.firewall script and I do have that 'redirect' line in there and it works,
BUT, I can also browse using port 80 still. Where is the how-to/doc/readme
that explains how to shutdown port 80, redirect it to 3128 or whatever, etc.
etc. I can't find that old message anywhere.
