[ale] Stoping streaming clients through ipchains

I have RH 6.1 configure for ip masq and have not loaded the real
audio modules.  I would like to use ipchains if possible to stop
ppl from streaming mp3's and ra's off the web. Is this possible?

I also have an http proxy setup and would like to keep from forwarding
packets through the masq server and force ppl to use proxy. 
Can I do this through ipchains?
