[ale] floppy problem

I now can format floppy disk with verify option off on fdformat. The default verify
on use to lock up the system. I can now do mkfs, mount and ls -al as well. However,
my problem is still dd. I also tried the copy command but it hangs the system as
well. I just can't copy anything to floppy.
